The Dolphin Isles neighborhood is located on the east side of the intracoastal between Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and Oakland Park Boulevard.  The neighborhood offers homes both waterfront and dry-lot homes.  Shops, restaurants, bars, and services are within walking distance or a short drive and downtown Ft. Lauderdale is a short distance.
